Mrs. Zaklama is a public relations and marketing expert with 45years experience in communication.
Her special expertise lies in designing marketing and communication strategies for Egyptian companies and multinationals in Egypt, such as IBM, Chrysler, Procter & Gamble, Cadbury, Avon, France Telecom.
She is a communication consultant and strategic planner to various government entities.
She began her career at the beginning of the sixties when she founded Radar Advertising Agency, the only private sector advertising agency in a completely state-run economy, at a time when granting contracts to private firms was difficult.
In 1982 she founded Rada Research & Public Relations Company and is currently its President and Managing Director. The company is the only one in Egypt specializing in both disciplines, research & public relations.
Mrs. Zaklama graduated from the American University in Cairo with a BA in Mass Communication. She continued her studies in advanced marketing research in Burke Institute, in Cincinnati, USA.
Dr. Zaklama has conducted research studies in diversified categories (FMCGs, IT, Small and Medium Size Enterprises, Financial Institutes, medical firms and social studies).
She also trained and evaluated marketers and NGO’s to the state-of-the-art techniques of research, qualitative and quantitative involving moderation, questionnaire construction, report writing, selecting methodologies and sampling.
Along with her work in RadaResearch, she is a part time professor at the American University in Cairo (AUC) and Misr International University (MIU), as well as a distinguished trainer with the Burke Institute for the training programs of the NGO’s in Egypt and a trainer for the Media Development Programs in Egypt, funded by the USAID.
Dr. Zaklama is an internationally accredited trainer by The Chartered Institute of Public Relations in England “CIPR”, the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in England. She is also an accredited trainer at the American University in Cairo.

Mr. Saleeb has over 32 years of experience in advertising, production and marketing research.
He started his career in the advertising business “Intermarkets and Look advertising”, followed by brand manager at Johnson Wax.
Mr. Saleeb then changed his line of career to work in the marketing research industry and is considered a pioneer in this field.
In this position, he conducted research studies in diversified categories (Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs), IT, Small and Medium Size Enterprises, Financial Institutes, medical firms and social studies). His experience lies in working with multinational and national clients, including but not limited to Procter & Gamble, Nestle, DaimlerChrysler, Al Ahram Beverages, Pepsico International, LG Electronics, Vodafone, USAID, along with governmental bodies and institutes (The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Ministry of Tourism and The Ministry of IT).
Mr. Saleeb’s work involved overall responsibility for finance and administration. He is directly involved with the central implementation of all research projects.

Extensive experience in planning campaigns for international and local clients in Egypt and the Middle East. Handled major accounts throughout his career as PR practitioner with a proven expertise in managing successful events and in media relations and crisis resolution and training. Mr. Halim has attended courses in crisis management and has handled crisis issues with broad spectrum of clients. He has strong relations with the media to enhance the image of the clients. Mr. Halim is an accredited teacher of Public Relations at the American University of Cairo, teaching post graduates a diploma from Charter Institute of Public Relations in London and also
a certified teachers of Public Relations at Misr International University (MIU) since 2001, teaching public relations strategies and integrated marketing communications.
Dr. Dina Zaklama received her Bachelor’s degree (with honors) from the American University in Cairo in 1979. She majored in psychology and minored in anthropology. She joined Rada Research in 1990 as trainee, and then was promoted to assistant qualitative research manager for 5 years. In the year 1995 she was promoted to Qualitative research manager for Rada Research till the present time. She is responsible for business development and planning, design of research and supervising execution. In the year 2010 she received her PhD in clinical psychology (with highest honors) from Bircham University – Delaware – USA. She was further appointed in 2011 as head of Psychology Department in Al Mashfa Psychiatric Hospital till the present time.
Dr Zaklama has 25 years of experience in qualitative research, (out of which 17 years in business development) and one year experience in occupational psychology.
An expert with over twenty years of experience in the public relations field, including campaign planning and management for international and local clients. Proven expertise in preparation of strategy documents for corporate and brand PR activities, in addition to event management, with extensive experience in action plan formulation, execution and post-event evaluation and media monitoring/analysis, in addition to crisis management and media relations.
